[0:00:44 - 0:01:14] SEGMENT 1: "Thinking about Migration; Early Memories, Grandparents" | The memory of migration predates her own arrival as an immigrant in Luxembourg. She grew up listening to the stories of her great-grandparents who immigrated from northern Italy to Brazil.

[0:01:31 - 0:01:50] Story: "Culinary Traditions" | Tradition of making polenta at night every day, eating for dinner and for breakfast the next day, adding polenta from the previous night with home-made cheese and salami.

[0:01:51 - 0:03:04] Story: "Impact of Migration" | She grew with migratory roots and analyses that the impact of migration is greater than only for the first and second generations; Being the fourth generation of migrants, she grew up learning the same songs and recipes as her great-grandparents.

[0:03:05 - 0:03:48] SEGMENT 2: "First Time in Italy" | When she went to Italy for the first time she wanted to visit the city of her great-grandparents as if she were going to find her roots there. Even though she was born and grew up in Brazil, she feels Italian and wanted to learn the language.

[0:03:49 - 0:04:16] SEGMENT 3: "The Beginning of Immigrant Life" | 'A very European immigrant' Came to Europe to study, passed through Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Has the experience of living in Luxembourg linked to the fact of living with many immigrants.

[0:04:18 - 0:05:12] Story: "Difficulties & Past vs Present" | When she thinks of herself as an immigrant, in her difficulties such as language, adaptation, culture, distance from her family, she relives the stories told by her great-grandmother. She points out that technology makes life easier for immigrants, says she learned to "be at a distance" (to be a daughter, a granddaughter, a friend, a godmother)
